Can I know the TDS on Rent for corporare offfice premisses for the year 2018-19 effective from 1st April 2018?

TDS to be deducted u/s 194I @10%

rate of 5% is applicable u/s 194 IB., but that section is for individual or HUF , to whom section 194 I is not applicable. if u r a individual , not subject to tax audit , than the rate will be 5% otherwise 10%
