Sir,
Our company had booked a conference hall for the purpose of a seminar. We had also arranged food for the delegates.
The owner has issued separate bills for Hall Rent and Food Service.
What is the applicability of TDS? whether TDS is deductible on Hall Rent under Section 194 C or 194 I? and what about food? whether TDS is deductible on food served.
