Dear All,
One of my land load to whom the company was paying rent after deducting TDS on this individual pan card.
Now the land load in the middle of the year , ask to change the PAN of indidual to his HUF. Now he is giving the HUF pan card number. is it possible ? Because i think that if i do so i need to issue two different form 16A for individual and another of HUF.

ask the landlord to make another rental agreement between company and HUF, as the company is not aware of the situation, but will deduct the TDS only on basis of rental agreement and rent receipts,
if the property belong to HUF ( let the agreement come in existance 1st) then company may decide to change the pan card otherwise it will continue in old format.

You can change PAN, while filing the revised return. But your problem is not the changing of PAn from INdividual to HUF.
But with the agreement, at what basic the agreement was made in individual name and why he want to change it to HUF.
As suggest by Mr.Sharma, ask the landlord to make a rental agreement between company and HUF, provided the landlord have to produce the necessery document for that.
