Can TDS CERTIFICATE BE ISSUED For rent due from 14-3-09 to 15-04-10 , FOR THE FINANCIAL YEAR 2009-10 ON FULL RENTOF ONE MONTH (i.e. 14-3-09 to 15-03-2010)although rent due partly in the current FY.please respond it as soon as possible.

Yes, as TDS to be deducted on the amount credited or paid which ever is first... you need to show in the certificate, the amount on which TDS was deducted...
