Sir , Any one Pl suggest for me
I have taken go down for rent. Monthly Rent is Rs. 7000/- per month [Rent Agreement 1st of April 14 to Mar 15 ]
Monthly 7000 X 12 = 84000, TDS not covered
But I have paid 12 month Rent in single payment by cheque on 1st of April 2014 Whether TDS Applicable or not

No single payment threshold limit in sec.194I , Overall limit only even paid single payment also. so your case TDS wont apply
