IS TDS SHOULD BE DEDUCTED ON THE PAYMENT OF SPECIFIED PRINTING ENVELOPE, COUPON BOOK , FLEX AND OTHER PRINTING MATERIAL FOR OUR COMPANY? THERE IS NO CONTRACT BETWEEN OUR COMPANY AND THAT VENDOR?
