    I can answer to queries related to Accounts,MIS and Income tax But cannot answer questions on Company Law and Indirect Taxes ,International Taxation

    'income received from letting out the space for display of hoarding" the said income treated as income from house propriety or not the said income get any deduction, if yeas in which section?

  • B.N.B.GUPTA says : in gst section 10 is subject to sec.9(3),(4)
    as per this section purchase from a composite scheme holder by a GSTIN holder will attract RCM .
