I HAVE FORGET TO SEND INCOME TAX RETURN ACK ITRV TO BANGLORE
SO RETURN IS NOT VERIFY STILL NOW
AND 120 DAYS LIMIT ALSO CROSSED
NOW I WANT TO RESUBMIT THAT RETURN
SO MY Q IS THIS RESUBMITED RETURN CONSIDER AS ORIGINAL OR REVISE RETURN ?
IS IT MANDATORY TO FILL ORIGNAL RETURN ACK NO, IN RESUBMITED RETURN?

You can check on income tax site under view forms, what status is it showing...
If you do not send ack, it is considered as invalid return...

JUST TAKE A PRINT OUT OF ITR-V ACKNOWLEDGEMENT FROM THE E FILING PORTAL AND SEND IT TO BANGALORE NOW THATS IT YOUR INTIMATION WILL BE PROCESSED

madam even if time limit is exceeded nothing to be done we can just send ITR-V TO CPC -BANGALORE NOW AND I ALSO DID THE SAME THING ONCE AND NOTHING ELSE

@CA Saloni...CPC Bengaluru is sending reminder messages even after lapse of 120 days that if ITR-V is not submitted to CPC, please send it to CPC or verify it. So ITR - V can still be send to CPC.
