Dear sir,
A deductor, who is liable to deduct TDS on payment of contracts u/s 194C. Now the said deductor is going to purchase a photo copy machine of cost around Rs. 50000/-,for office use. Whether he is also liable to deduct TDS on payment made for purchase of machine or not.

Purchase of material and assets not liable to TDS . So no need to deduct TDS on this transaction
