If a individual, (Audit Not applicable) purchases a furniture above Rs 50 lakhs including GST for personal use. Will it attract Tds ?
If yes then under which section?

As the purchase is for personal use, sec 194Q IT will not apply.

No, that is for services and not over purchase of goods.

Understood. I later came to know that it is finished goods and not work contract.
