Dear Sir,
My question is.
if any individual want to sale property above Rs.50 lakh to xyz pvt ltd. company.
What should be ticked by company while filling 26QB challan , option is like (0020)INCOME-TAX ON COMPANIES (CORPORATION TAX) or (0021)INCOME-TAX (OTHER THAN COMPANIES)

No such category exists on 26QB chalan. It asks for major head, minor head

1)4th digit of buyer PAN is "C" then choose ,select 0020
2)if 4th digit of buyer pan is other than "C" then choose 0021
2)if 4th digit of buyer pan is other than "C" then choose 0021
