Dear sir,
We debited printing and binding chagres of cash memo, order book etc . (of our company name ) .
And party who are credited by us , now question is whether there are applicable tds section or not??

TDS applicable u/s 194C.

It is a contractual work, your company name is printed on it so it is as per your requirement, hence TDS applicable.

One more thing if Payment is below limit (Below Rs.30,000/ for 194C), TDS will not applicable.
