25 November 2013 We have printed boxes with our company name and logo and excise duty (6%) and CST (5 %) is also added in the bill by our vendor. i wanted to know that should i deduct TDS on this bill as bill amount is 122617 rs.what will be the rate of TDS?

25 November 2013 TDS Rate 1% if the Payee is Individual or HUF. Otherwise deduct TDS @ 2% on the bill amount. Section 194C is applicable.
