21 August 2010 Should we deduct TDS on posters printed and supplied by supplier and vat is charged in the bill . In this bill digital artwork charges is also included. Should we deduct TDS from this bill and if is to be deducted at what rate should we deduct. Please advise.

21 August 2010 Yes... TDS should be deducted under section 194C.

Rate :

1 % for Individual / HUF

2 % for others.
