WHETHER TDS ON POLLUTION CONTROL EXPS. UNDER 194C OR 194J? SERVICE PROVIDER IS IMPOSING SERVICE TAX ON BILL OF POLLUTION CONTROLEXPS.?

TDS under section 194C. yes service tax is also applicable and TDS is deduct on the amount including Service tax.
