We are a LTD Company.
We have shifted our Branch office from one place to another by a packer & mover service provider & make payment of Rs. 50000/-.
PAN obtained.
Whether TDS deductible, if yes under which Section and / or Rate ??
But he is saying that no TDS is deductible as a transporter providing PAN.

Yes, TDS u/s 194C is applicable.
