Hi All,
We are IT Services company, we are taking Membership subscription for F.Y. 2010-11 from NASSCOM (Depend upon our gross turnover of previous year). Now my question, is there any TDS attracted for the same? (No service tax added in invoice) if yes, under which section?

TDS NOT REQUIRED TO BE DEDUCTED ON MEMBERSHIP SUBSCRIPTION.
