I just want to clarify that should we deduct TDS on Gross bill(Salary + PF+ ESIC+ Commission of agency) or TDS will be applicable on Service commission only?

TDS apply on the gross amount salary + PF+ ESIC+ Commission of agency excluding GST amount.
