We have taken a shop on rent in a mall. We pay to the mall management charges for maintainence and electricity.

Under which section should we deduct tds?

15 April 2014 on maintenance charges if your paying Rs. 75000/- in year or single bill is or above rs. 30000/-
then you have to deduct TDS 1% (if mall in name of individual/ HUF) name
otherwise TDS rate will be @ 2%
