I have query on TDS. . . .
on what amount I have to deduct TDS in case of Service tax on labour charges bill.
TDS should be deducted, Weather Including ST or Excluding ST.

if the service tax amount has been separately mentioned in the bill, then no need to deduct TDS on the service tax amount.
