Our Company hired a resort for full night party for Rs. 247000/-.
TDS can be deducted on this amount and what would be the catagory.

may be deducted U/s 194C @ 2% if resort of company/firm and 1% in resort of Individual
as above you may safe to deduct 10% if owner of resort provide PAN other wise deduct 20%
