1.ONE COMPANY XYX P LTD RECEIVES BILL ON FREIGHT INWARD ,NOW TDS IS TO BE CALCULATED ON BASIC AMT +SERVICE TAX OR ON BASIC AMT ONLY.TDS IS UNDER SEC 194C.PLEASE REPLY IMMEDIATELY.

TDS to be deducted on amount excluding Service Tax.
