Dear All,
i have to pay around USD 10000 to a foreign company Autonomy INC. it is situated in USA.
Please suggest that how much TDS will be deducted on this transaction because they have not any TRC Certificate.

you payment regarding the purchase of any material then no tds will deductible.
if you are taking services then you have to deduced teds u/s 195 @ 10% if its have indian PAN otherwise deduct TDS @ 20%

Sir this is ok for me but my CA said to me that TDS to be deducted on these service bills @25.75% please sugest on it

Sec 195 rates have changes and its 25% for FTA/Royalty cases.
However your transaction nature only will decide on TDS part.
