if Director has professional qualification and practising it and services rendered by him in a professional capacity, then remuneration paid as consulancy service will be covered u/s 194J.

AGREE WITH BANSAL JI BUT FOR 194J TO BE APPLICABLE COMPANY SHOULD BOOK IT AS CONSULTANCY CHARGES. IF EXP BOOKED AS DIRECTORS REMUNERATION TDS TO BE DEDUCTED U/S 192.
