REMUNERATION GIVEN TO DIRECTORS IS TAXABLE IN HANDS OF DIRECTORS UNDER THE HEAD INCOME FROM SALARIES THEREFORE SAME RATE AND SECTION FOR TDS APPLIES ON REMUNERATION

for non-whole directors it will be covered under TDS 194J
