Tds on director's remuneration

26 March 2014 Dear Sir,

Tds on director's remuneration which company paid to his director's during the financial year 2013-14. my query is that how much TDS to be deducted from director's remuneration and on which date it has to be deposited in Income tax department.

26 March 2014 If the director is also employee of the company, the TDS applicable u/s.192 normal tax calculation otherwise apply sec.194J is 10%. deposit date is monthly 7th of the following month

15 April 2014 Sir, deposit date is in the same financial year or in next financial year. Suppose company paid remunerations to their director's in the financial year 2013-2014 then when the TDS on director's remuneration is deposited. Whether in the same financial year or in next financial year.what is the date & monthly in next financial year to deposit.

2) what tds amount is deposit if company paid Rs. 10 lakh to its one director as an remuneration in the year 2013-2014.how it calculate?
