Can any one explain me regarding TDS deduction rule for courier bills for small packets if our company received bill on monthly basis

TDS shall be deducted u/s 194C if the amount exceeds Rs. 30,000 or the aggregate amount exceeds Rs. 75,000 throughout the year.
