Pl advise tds will be dedcuted @ 2% under contract or 10% under 194J of contract is given to produce/shoot a film for advertisement to be dispayed on TV of company's product . Contract of release of add is given to other party

This involves professional and technical services not just advertising agency. so need to deduct tds u/s.194J
