Dear Experts,
One of our employee was death
During the working in factory however
It was decided that Rs. 3 Lakh will be
Paid to employee's family as compensation. Plz let me know weather TDS will attract on this compensation paid to employee family if yes how much

No TDS will be deducted as it not covered under any of the provisions of chapter XVII B of the Income Act, 1961.
