27 February 2008 This is to seek clarification regarding TDS towards communicity activist fellowship. In NGOs activist who are working with the communcity gets fellowhips. Over Rs 20000 in a financial year NGOs are deducting TDS. Poor person unable to get back refund. Please suggest
