If expenses like club membership considered as revenue in nature and consider that such expenses are made wholly and exclusively for the purpose of business so Whether TDS applicable for Club membership fees?
which section hit if TDS will not be deducted?

TDS not required to be deducted on Club Membership Fees u/s 194J because its neither Professional or Technical Fees.
