Hi
We usually hire cars on monthly basis from an agency for official purpose and to pick up and drop a senior official from his home to office and back. Rest of the day the car is used for executing official responsibilities of other staffs.
May I request you to let me know whether TDS will be attracted u/s 194C.

if it is crosses the limit, yes TDS should b deducted under 194 C
