what is the rate of TDS on Canteen Service.
Canteen person does not bring food in serving condition.HE brings material to prepare food.
Again For lunch company is not paying , but employees have to pay.

In my opinion TDS should be deducted @ 2% U/S 194C (Payment to Contractor)
