07 May 2015 Ab chartered accountants conducted tax audit of abc pvt ltd co. for the year 2013-2014 on 30-09-2014 . The co. paid the audit fees on 30-04-2015.

My query is tds will be deducted in 2014-2015 or 2015-2016 ?

07 May 2015 ideally you should have created provision for audit fees in the respective year itself and deducted TDS on the same at respective year end.
