Ab chartered accountants conducted tax audit of abc pvt ltd co. for the year 2013-2014 on 30-09-2014 . The co. paid the audit fees on 30-04-2015.
My query is tds will be deducted in 2014-2015 or 2015-2016 ?

ideally you should have created provision for audit fees in the respective year itself and deducted TDS on the same at respective year end.

Book the expenses and deduct TDS in FY 2014-15.
