TDS on Arrears

15 July 2011 If a company pay arrears to employees how to deduct the tds(eg. new ctc is implemented to employees effective april & arrears paid with June salary how to deduct tax should I deduct one time tax on arrears or i can recover tax in upcoming 10 months? please guide
