SIR HERE MY QUERY IS WHETHER TDS IS APPLICABLE ON PAYMENT OF AREARS OF RENT BECAUSE RENT IS EXCEEDING 1,80,000/- DUE TO INCLUSIVE OF AREARS OF RENT IN ACTUAL RENT.
