Comapny has hired ambulance with a hospital on a service contract. PL. advice whether payment has to be deducted to hospital under setion 194C or 194J

tell me the exact nature of contract.
If its a contract for hiring ambulance for a fixed duration (say 6 months etc) or its a contract for a particular assignment.
is it a monthly rent or actual meter reading or........ ?

becoz, in the above case, definitely 194J would not apply, though a possibility of 194I may arise, depending upon your reply to my above query.

The contract is as per circular No.558 dated 28.03.1990.Can you provide any circular or case law in favour of your reply.
