For the AY 2012-13, we downloaded form 16 from NSDL. It is containing TDS details only.
How is it useful to submit IT returns, when it is not having any salary and deduction details.

The Form 16 downloaded from NSDL is not of much use. It shows only the amount of TDS. It does not show amount of salary and deductions.
It is better to issue Form 16 manually so that the employees can file their returns.
