Tds deposited in wrongly section

Dear Sir
We are deposited TDS 194J to Rs 10000/- In the deposited amt. we are wrongly deposited of Rs. 2000/- 194C.The remaining balance 8000/- u/s 194J. we can correct this deposited amt at the time filing of return or Pl. advice what we can do. ?

you cannot correct the challan partly, you can pay Rs.2000 again as TDS u/s.194C with new challan and adjust the Rs.2000 in the existing challan with further deductions u/s.194J
