TDS deduction on freight.

TCI uses a truck owned by an individual to deliver stuff to me. Both LR and Bill are raised by TCI and I pay to them. Will TDS be deducted from TCI or from the owner of truck?

Deduct owner of the Truck if even check it's proprietor or partnership...
