Tds deduction on amount paid to aepc

Dear Sirs & Friends,
Our company has booked a stall with AEPC (Apparel Export Promotion Council), It is a government organisation, my question is whether we are supposed to deduct TDS U/S 194I on the payments made. Please clear my doubt. Is it ok if we deduct TDS from payments made to Government organisation. Please help to clear my doubt.

TDS applicable on the payments made AEPC. There is no exemptions from deducting TDS on the payments made to Gov Organization.
In the above case TDS may applicable on 194 C/194 I. 194 C if payments made for booking stall, using the common area, using for any other facilities.
194I of only pmt made towards stall rentals.

you have to deduct TDS for rent . for TDs rate you can check from AEPC that they have lower TDS rate deduction certificate.
if they have certificate of lower TDS rate certificate then you deduct the tds with rate mention in certificate.
