Is a Trust formed for religious purpose liable to deduct TDS for the advertisement expenses, freight charges etc.? Please let me know the complete provision for the same.

08 September 2010 yes. TDS need to deduct for payment made by Trust also.You can refer all the sections in 194 there is no specfic exemption for trust
