Dear sir,
I have a creditor whose bill is shown as follows;
Bill amount = 1000.00
Service Tax 123.60
conveyance 100.00
Total bill -1223.60
Please advice whether i should deduct tds on 1000.00 / from 1100.00.

u wil deduct tds on 1100 net of service tax in mah view ..
