Tds deduction

We from our organization has conducted an musical show for that we hire a singer as Brand Ambassador as well judge for the programme, for the we paid some amount. my question is TDS should be deduct under 94j or 94C, means can we consider this under Contract. please help me in this regard

since both are profesisonal hence tds is applicable u/s 194J only.
