I have deducting TDS against rent under sec 94I @ 10% but wrongly payment & return Under sec 94C. Now Fomr16A is issued and it is showing TDS deducted @ 10% under section 94C. Is Party facing any difficulty? If party file his return correctly?

well no one will face any problem. it should be ok as you have not deducted lesser amount.
