Hello,
I need a suggestion regarding my company. I have open last year a PVT. Ltd. company for web design and web work. a company has deducted the TDS on web design in last FY. as a professional service . but my total turnover for last year is only 120000/- . Know i want to claim the TDS for that .
Kindly suggest me the procedure for the same .

yes you can file your income tax return if your financials are audited by charted accountant and claim tds amount in incometax return if your total tax payable is less than tds deducted you may get refund for the same.
