MY QUESTION IS CAN I DEDUCTED TDS ON STIPEND PAYMENT OF DOCTOR'S AND UNDER WHICH SECTION? OR IT IS EXEMPT? PLEASE GIVE ME SECTION NO.

Yes TDS will be deducted if the amount exceeds Rs. 30,000.
