11 July 2012 I get 50000rs as variable from my company and tds deducted 5000rs so how it is correct and can i claim for refund through return file.

11 July 2012 TDS has been deducted at 10%.

If TDS has been deducted u/s 194J, you will have to file ITR 4 and claim refund of the same.

You can also claim expenses incurred to earn this income.
