my brother is getting an income from professional 30000 and tds deducted @ 10%(i.e:,3000) which return should i file return ?is digital signature needed for filing dis returnhow much income grt refunded?

1. You have to file ITR 4.
2. Digital signature is not required.
3. The whole amount of Rs. 3,000 shall be refunded since the income does not exceed the exemption limit.
