if deductor is proprietory and deductee is a co how much % he deductee as per my knowledge deductor deduct 2% becaz deductee is co., pls clarify my doubt

24 November 2012 The rate will always depend on the status of the deductee. Since in this case, the deductee is a company TDS will be deducted @ 2%.
